MartWale™ (“we” and “us”) operates the website https://www.MartWale.com (“Website”). Your order placement through this Website signifies your agreement to the following Delivery terms. These terms are provided to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between both parties, safeguarding our commitment to service and setting expectations.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. While we make efforts to maintain accurate stock counts, occasional discrepancies may arise. In such instances, we will fulfill available products, contacting you regarding back-ordered items. You may choose to await restocking or opt for a refund in the case of advance payment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, and destination, collected with the purchase amount. Summarized in three categories:
- Small Item: 250 Rs
- Medium Item: 380 Rs
- Large Item: 500 Rs
If the customer selects free delivery or an open offer, the delivery amount will be adjusted accordingly upon returning the item.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments generally take 2 – 6 days in transit.
4.3 Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address: Address changes are accommodated before order dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping: MartWale™ ships to P.O. box addresses exclusively through postal services.
4.6 Military Address Shipping: Shipping to military/Cantt addresses is available through our Shipping Partners.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock: Out-of-stock items are dispatched upon availability, with existing items reserved.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded: Exceeding the forecasted delivery time? Contact us for investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking link for real-time shipment progress.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit: If a parcel is damaged, reject it if possible, or contact customer service if delivered without your presence.
7. Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted after order processing. Refer to our refund policy.
8. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit: Refund or replacement processed after the courier completes their investigation.
8.2 Process for parcel lost in transit: Refund or replacement processed after the courier deems the parcel lost.
